Runtime Governance Substrate for Autonomous AI
The Constitutional Infrastructure Layer for AI Systems
TronixMesh is not an orchestrator. Not a safety filter. A constitutional layer — a sovereign governance state from which all agent execution authority derives, and which can halt, degrade, recover, and prove what happened, at any point in time, under any fault condition.

Mission
To build the constitutional infrastructure layer for autonomous AI systems — the governance substrate that makes increasingly capable AI trustworthy, auditable, and accountable in production environments.
The Control Plane is model-independent. Its authority derives from a cryptographically committed constitutional ruleset — not from any AI model's capability, training, or output. It may refuse execution even when all agents agree.
